Rebecca Smith

Physical Therapist Assistant

Rebecca Smith is a Knoxville native who moved to Cookeville in 2010.  She has over twenty years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Rebecca started working with Cumberland Rehabilitation Services in April 2021.  She also works as a PTA for CRMC and as a group exercise instructor at the Putnam County Family YMCA.  Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carson Newman University and her Associate of Science degree for PTA from South College.  Rebecca became interested in physical therapy during a medical mission trip to Brazil with her church.  She enjoys all aspects of physical therapy including wellness, fitness, and prevention.  During her free time, Rebecca and her husband like to travel and attend antique car shows.  She loves to spend time hiking and riding horses with her children.

Rachel Collins

Occupational Therapist

Rachel Collins has always had a passion for wellness and enjoying life to its fullest which is what led her to choosing a career where she was able to help others regain and/or prevent the loss of a meaningful life. Rachel is a recent graduate from Tennessee Wesleyan University where she earned her Masters of Occupational Therapy. Outside of Cumberland Wellness, she also works at CRMC in acute care and at Life Care Centers of America. In Rachel’s free time she enjoys visiting family, hiking with her husband Zach, and playing tug of war with her Miniature Dachshund Eugene.

Holly Bundrant

PhD, RD, LDN, Registered Dietitian

Holly is here to help with the nutrition branch of the wellness tree. Whether you are wanting to lose, gain or maintain your weight, have had or are preparing for bariatric surgery, or want help managing diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol, Holly can walk with you through your journey. With more than 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, and with a care for people and an understanding that each person’s situation is unique, she can assist her clients in creating a plan of eating that works best for them. 


Holly has lived in the Upper Cumberland since 2005 and is thankful to have family in the area, too. She is a member of New Beginning Fellowship Church, where she also participates on the worship team and the food pantry team.  Holly enjoys walking for exercise and also taking in the surrounding beauty while hiking in our region and in western North Carolina.
