Types of Classes


Total Body

Great for beginners! Designed to strengthen all muscle groups using bands and free weights. Low impact cardio is provided in this class. Exercises can be completed in sitting if needed.

Fit

Higher intensity than the Total Body class.  Will utilize free weights, bands, and steps to strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Balance and Fall Prevention

45 min class designed to challenge your balance and coordination.  By doing so, you will reduce the risk of falls.  Perfect for anyone with a history of falls, lower extremity weakness, neuropathy, or dizziness. 

Transform

Starting at your current fitness level, our instructor will transform you into a healthier and stronger version through strength and cardiovascular exercises.
